50 Years of Mog the Forgetful Cat

50 Mognificent Years!

Mog the Forgetful Cat was first published fifty years ago, in 1970; her stories have been in our lives for generations and are still as relevant and popular today as they have always been. She really is a remarkable cat, part of a remarkable family, and holds a special place in all of our hearts.

After all, Mog means family.

To celebrate Mog’s 50th birthday, HarperCollins Children’s Books partnered with bookshops across the UK in February to create a selection of Mog anniversary windows and Mog even went on tour to visit fans all over the country!
